1. Agreement

By downloading or using Fraxy Construction Calculator ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms work together with the Privacy Policy.

2. What the app does

The app calculates lengths in feet, inches and fractions, and estimates quantities of concrete and drywall materials from the numbers you enter. It stores your projects on your device and can share them as plain text.

3. Results are estimates: check before you order or build

• Results depend on the values you enter and on the constants and rules the app uses (for example bag yield, waste percentage, sheet size and screw spacing). "How it's calculated" on each result shows them.
• Some constants are taken from manufacturers' published data and some are assumptions. Real products, jobs and conditions differ.
• The app is not engineering, architectural or construction advice, and it does not check building codes or product instructions. Always check quantities against your own measurements, the manufacturer's instructions and local requirements, and ask a qualified professional where safety or structure is involved.
• You are responsible for what you order, build and do based on a result.

4. Free version, ads and "Remove ads"

The app is free to download and shows ads from Google AdMob. "Remove ads" is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription, that turns the ads off for the store account that bought it. Prices, payment, refunds and restoring a purchase are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not control their content, and you can report an ad through the Support page.

5. Your licence and what you may not do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, for personal or professional work. You may not copy, modify, sell or sublicense the app, try to extract its source code except where the law allows it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the store you got it from.

6. Ownership and other names

The app, its name, icon and design belong to Prondi Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi. The projects you create belong to you. Names of manufacturers and products that appear in the app, such as in the sources of constants, belong to their owners; they are named only to say where published data comes from. Fraxy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.

7. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it is error-free, that results suit your purpose or that it will always be available. Some places do not allow some of these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, wasted or short materials, rework or delays arising from your use of the app or from a result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Apple

On iPhone, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms on iPhone, the Apple agreement prevails for the points it covers.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or the app. If these terms change, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at https://tezkorkmaz-passive-income.github.io/construction-calc-legal/terms.html. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
