Questions or problems: write to okant@prondi.com. No account or form is needed. Please include your phone model, the app version (Settings > Version) and, if it is about a result, the numbers you entered.
How do I restore "Remove ads" on a new phone?
Open Settings, tap "Restore purchase", and use the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) that made the purchase. The purchase is tied to your store account, not to an email address in the app.
Where do ads appear?
The free version shows a banner ad on the concrete and drywall result screens and on the projects screens. There are no ads on the calculator keypad, on the input forms or on the opening screen. "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and turns the banners off.
A result looks wrong. What should I check?
Open "How it's calculated" on the result. It shows the formula, the values you entered and the constants used, such as bag yield and waste. A result marked with ≈ is rounded to the fraction precision you chose (Settings > Round fractions to); the exact value is shown with it. If you still think a number is wrong, email us the inputs and the result and we will check it. Please also check results against your own numbers and the product instructions before you order materials.
Where are my saved projects? Can I move them to a new phone?
Projects are saved only on your device. There is no cloud sync. Use Share on a project to send it as plain text to yourself. If your device backup (iCloud or Google backup) is turned on, it may restore the app's data on a new phone, but we cannot promise that.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a project in the app, or delete the app, or clear its data in your device settings. We keep nothing on our own servers. See the Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is needed. Calculations work offline. Ads, the consent form and purchases use the internet.
If you see an ad that seems inappropriate or misleading, email okant@prondi.com with when and where you saw it and the advertiser's name if shown.
