The app saves the following on your device so it can work between sessions. This information is not sent to us.

The calculation you are working on is kept in the app's memory while the app is open.
Google's consent tool (see section 4) may also store your privacy choices on your device.
You can delete all of this information at any time by deleting a project in the app, by deleting the app, or by clearing the app's data in your device settings. If you have turned on your device's own backup (for example iCloud or Google backup), that backup may include the app's data. We do not control or receive it.
Share. When you tap Share on a project or result, the app builds a plain-text summary and opens your device's share sheet. The text goes only to the app you pick (a message, an email, a notes app). If the share sheet cannot open, the app copies the text to your clipboard instead. We do not receive this text.
Purchases. "Remove ads" is a one-time in-app purchase handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details. The app receives confirmation of the purchase from the store and saves on your device only whether ads have been removed.
The free version shows banner ads on the concrete and drywall result screens and on the projects screens. There are no ads on the calculator keypad, on the input forms or on the opening screen. These ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC.
What Google may collect. According to Google's own disclosures for its Mobile Ads SDK, when ads are requested the SDK may collect and share:
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. On supported Android versions, Google's SDK may also use Android's ad services features (for example topics and attribution measurement) for the same purposes.
What we do not send. The app adds no personal information of its own to ad requests. We do not send your calculations, projects, project names or settings to Google.
iOS tracking. On iPhone, the app asks for your permission, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) so that the ads you see can be more relevant to you. A short message from Google explaining the request may appear first. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", or do not answer, the app and Google do not receive your advertising identifier. The calculator works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Consent. In regions where the law requires it (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. Where the law gives you the right to opt out of targeted advertising (for example in some US states), Google's privacy message may be shown too. You can change your choices at any time in Settings > Privacy choices when that option is shown.
Your controls.
Fraxy is a general-audience tool for builders, tradespeople and do-it-yourself projects. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at okant@prondi.com.
We do not keep any of your data on our own servers. Information on your device stays until you delete it, delete the app or clear the app's data. Information collected by Google is kept and handled under Google's privacy policy; use the controls listed in section 4 to manage it. To ask us to delete anything we might hold about you, write to okant@prondi.com.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone ourselves. The only third party that receives data from the app is Google, through the advertising and consent software described in section 4, and Apple or Google when you make a purchase (section 3). You decide where a shared project goes (section 3).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Because we hold no personal information about you on our servers, most requests can be met by deleting the app or its data, and by using Google's controls in section 4. Your projects and settings stay on your device and are protected by your device's own security. Communication between the app's ad software and Google uses encrypted connections.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at https://tezkorkmaz-passive-income.github.io/construction-calc-legal/privacy.html. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
