1. The short version

• Fair Deal Pinochle is a single-player card game. You play against the computer, on your device.
• There is no account and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.
• Your games, statistics and settings stay on your device. We do not run servers that receive them.
• The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect some device data to show and measure those ads, as described in section 4.
• If you buy "Remove ads", the app no longer requests or shows ads.

2. Information stored only on your device

The app saves the following on your device so it can work between sessions. This information is not sent to us.

• Game settings (house rules, difficulty, theme, card size, contrast, animation speed, sound and haptics). Why: to remember your choices.
• A game in progress. Why: so you can resume it later.
• Statistics (games and hands played, bids, results, streaks). Why: to show your statistics screen.
• History of your last 10 finished games, including the date each game ended and the scores. Why: to show your hand history screen.
• A count of finished games. Why: so that your first finished game is shown without an ad.
• Whether "Remove ads" is owned or waiting for approval. Why: so ads stay off after purchase.

Google's consent tool (see section 4) may also store your privacy choices on your device.

You can delete all of this information at any time by deleting the app, or by clearing the app's data in your device settings.

3. Purchases

"Remove ads" is a one-time in-app purchase handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details. The app receives confirmation of the purchase from the store and saves on your device only whether ads have been removed.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows banner ads on menu screens and a full-screen ad at the end of a game (never between hands; your first finished game has no full-screen ad). These ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC.

What Google may collect.

According to Google's own disclosures for its Mobile Ads SDK, when ads are requested the SDK may collect and share:

• your IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of your device;
• device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID on Android, or app- or developer-scoped identifiers on iOS;
• information about how you interact with the app and with ads (for example app launches, taps and ads viewed);
• diagnostic and performance information (for example launch time, crash logs, hang rate).

Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.

What we do not send.

The app adds no personal information of its own to ad requests. We do not send your games, statistics or settings to Google.

iOS tracking.

On iPhone and iPad, the app asks for your permission, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) so that the ads you see can be more relevant to you. A short message from Google explaining the request may appear first. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", or do not answer, the app and Google do not receive your advertising identifier. The game works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Consent.

In regions where the law requires it (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy choices when that option is shown.

• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device).
• iOS: you can allow or stop tracking for this app, and see which apps asked, in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Buying "Remove ads" stops ad requests from the app.

5. Children

Fair Deal Pinochle is a general-audience card game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at okant@prondi.com.

6. Data retention and deletion

We do not keep any of your data on our own servers. Information on your device stays until you delete the app or clear its data. Information collected by Google is kept and handled under Google's privacy policy; use the controls listed in section 4 to manage it.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone ourselves. The only third party that receives data from the app is Google, through the advertising and consent SDKs described in section 4, and Apple or Google when you make a purchase (section 3).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Because we hold no personal information about you on our servers, most requests can be met by deleting the app or its data, and by using Google's controls in section 4. 9. Security

Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security. Communication between the app's ad SDK and Google uses encrypted connections.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at https://tezkorkmaz-passive-income.github.io/pinochle-legal/privacy.html. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
